The one time I adjusted this, the changes were more annoying than helpful, because the effects are just too broad. But we still need your support to stay online. Well, the number in 'Language' determines which folder to look in for SimCityLocale. When you change the Language key value in the Registry, apart from changing the Side of the Road sims drive on, it also changes which Folder to look at for the Language.
How do I create convincing windows? I changed my register in the number 8 for dutch.
